The store
Kasaora offers insulated tumblers, kids bottles, and related UV-custom printing. Products are sold online and fulfilled from mainland China to international addresses. Contact: fengsiceng@gmail.com.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel orders for stock, pricing, fraud, or customs reasons and will refund if payment was captured. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless we explicitly say otherwise at checkout.
Custom UV printing
- Custom UV print: minimum 300 units per design.
- Sampling / proofing: $100 USD (credited toward a production order at our discretion).
- You must own or have rights to any artwork you upload. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it on your order.
- Personalized / UV-printed goods are made to order and are generally final sale unless defective.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees. Transit times for China-origin parcels commonly range from about one to three weeks depending on destination and carrier. Risk of loss passes according to the shipping method selected; please keep tracking numbers.
Returns
Uncustomized items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom UV-printed items are final sale except for manufacturing defects. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may refuse artwork that violates law or third-party rights.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kasaora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business in the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
