Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026. This policy explains how Kasaora (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you shop at our online store.
Who we are
Kasaora sells UV-custom insulated tumblers and bottles online. Orders are fulfilled from mainland China and shipped internationally. Contact: fengsiceng@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account and checkout details (name, email, shipping address, phone)
- Order history and artwork files you upload for UV printing
- Technical data needed to run the site (cookies for cart/session, security logs)
Payment card data is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use information
- To fulfill and ship orders, including customs paperwork
- To produce custom UV prints from your uploaded artwork
- To reply to support requests and send transactional order emails
- To improve the store and prevent fraud or abuse
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the store (payment processors, email delivery, hosting, and shipping carriers). We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Because we fulfill from China and may use processors in other countries, your data may be processed outside your home country. We take reasonable steps to protect it in transit and at rest.
Retention & your rights
We keep order records as required for accounting, customs, and warranty support. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data. Email fengsiceng@gmail.com. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails (transactional order mail will still send).
Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart, checkout, and login. A simple notice appears on first visit. Disabling cookies may break checkout.
Children
Our products include kids bottles intended for purchase by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the digital-consent age in your region) without parental involvement.
Changes
We may update this policy as the store grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
