Refund & Returns Policy

Uncustomized items: Return within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping to our China fulfillment address unless the item is defective. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to the original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error).

Custom UV-printed items: Made to order and final sale. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, email fengsiceng@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we will replace or refund at our discretion.

Samples: The $100 UV sampling / proofing fee is generally non-refundable once proofing work has started; it may be credited toward a qualifying production order at our discretion.
