Shipping & Returns

Origin: Orders ship from mainland China to the destinations offered at checkout (US, Canada, UK & EU, and rest of world).

Timing: Custom UV print orders typically enter production within a few business days after artwork approval. International transit often takes about 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier and customs. Estimates are not guarantees.

Rates: Flat rates and free-shipping thresholds appear at checkout (example: free US shipping over $75). Duties and import taxes, if charged by your country, are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Returns: Uncustomized items may be returned within 30 days unused and in original packaging. Personalized UV-printed tumblers and bottles are final sale unless defective. Contact fengsiceng@gmail.com with your order number and photos for defect claims.

Custom UV: Minimum 300 units per design. Sampling / proofing: $100 USD.
